Hi! My name is Layane.
I’m a graphic design student at the HEAD – Geneva!
You might be wondering why I chose Laysagna as a name. When I was in middle school, my art teacher was reading out the labels and handing out our sketchbooks and said “That doesn’t say Lasagna, does it?”. I think that stuck with me.
That being said, welcome to Laysagna: the website that I shed blood, sweat and tears for. Let’s hope that wasn’t for nothing 🤪.
What can I do?
A bunch of things! I’m not only a designer, but I like to think I’m an artist as well. I love painting, crafting and building things, whether physically or digitally. I love editing and desinging books, inside and out. I enjoy drawing and creating typefaces, starting with the ink and pen. I like to work on highly commercial projects because I just find them really concrete and fun! And I also really like web design and coding, even though it doesn’t like me back 💔. I especially love trying new things, even if it’s not my specialty or frustrating at first.
Like a little wizard, I work in mysterious ways. Sometimes I’m not even sure how I do something, but the point is that it gets done.
